Personal Health Record

Qu collects and digests existing data and records of the patient into Qu’s Personal Health Record. Data is collected from patients or from the providers’ EHR.

History Taking

Qu converses with the patient and comprehends current needs and requirements in the context of Qu’s Clinical Knowledge Base and the Patient’s Personal Data.

Hypothesis

Qu determines potential explanations for a patient's presenting complaint.

Investigation

Qu determines the necessary investigations, if any, that need to be carried out to help clinicians decide on the correct cause and course of action.

Selection of "Human-In-The-Loop"

Qu recommends the most appropriate service provider when necessary in coordination with the patient and clinicians.

Real Time Conversation

Qu can communicate via text and audio with users, in natural language. In the future, Qu will support real-time voice conversations (e.g. phone) and video conversations; and users will be able to select the most appropriate channel (text, voice or video) at the time of the consultation.

Proactive & Reactive Care

Qu responds to users requests at any time. Qu also responds to clinicians’ requests at any time. In addition, Qu can be instructed by clinicians to initiate follow ups as needed, e.g. for chronic conditions or for Postoperative discharge.
