Prioritizing clinical and patient safety at every step of Qu's development

We test Qu rigorously through a multi-step process that ensures safety and clinical robustness. Our testing ranges from scenario-specific vignettes to real-world applications.

Vignette-Based Testing

Qu is assessed using clinical scenarios that replicate representative clinical conditions. The AI's capabilities and response accuracy is evaluated in controlled, hypothetical situations, ensuring that the system performs reliably across a large number of diverse clinical contexts.

Simulated Testing

A diverse cohort of healthcare professionals and clinicians reenact patient consultations to assess Qu’s ability to gather information, ask relevant questions, and provide accurate responses. This is designed to emulate authentic clinical scenarios, providing a robust framework for evaluating Qu's decision-making process and response accuracy.

Real-World Testing

Quadrivia will recruit a diverse group of volunteers representing specific demographics. Each participant will recall a recent health issue to consult with Qu and a human evaluator. Volunteers will input the same information in both sessions, ensuring consistent details for comparison. Consultations will be recorded and scored based on our Evaluation Scorecard.

Qu's Clinical Knowledge Base

Rigorously researched clinical practice guidelines (CPGs) designed to guide healthcare Qu in making evidence-based decisions. CPGs have been sourced and curated from an extensive range of datasets, numbering in tens of thousands. They’ll be further fine tuned, curated and amended with time, and can be customized to specific needs of each community of clinicians and patients.
