We will retain personal information used for the beta phase for the duration of the beta phase, starting 27/09/24. We will maintain that data until the end of our beta phase at which point we will review the personal information we hold for the purpose it was collected in compliance with our data retention policy.

Beyond that, we retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as required by applicable laws. The criteria used to determine our retention periods include:

- The length of time we have an ongoing relationship with you
- Whether there is a legal obligation to which we are subject
- Whether retention is advisable in light of our legal position (such as in regard to applicable statutes of limitations, litigation or regulatory investigations)

When we no longer need personal information, we securely delete or destroy it.
