Qu Platform Capabilities
Qu communicates with users via text and audio in multiple languages, responding to patients and clinicians anytime. Clinicians can also customize Qu to initiate patient follow-ups, such as for chronic conditions or postoperative discharges. Soon, Qu will support real-time voice, video and WhatsApp conversations.
Qu maintains its own health record, handling both structured and unstructured data. It can accept documents from patients and clinicians and will soon be pre-integrated with common EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, and Meditech. In the future, Qu will also download health and lifestyle data from devices like Apple Watch and Android.
Qu Clinical Capabilities
Qu's clinical capabilities extend seamlessly across the entire healthcare ecosystem, ensuring robust support for a wide array of clinical workflows.
Quadrivia has assembled a global team of AI scientists, technologists, and prominent clinical leaders to develop a comprehensive clinical assistant that is both trainable and customizable for clinicians everywhere. Our goal is to support healthcare professionals in provider and payer organizations with a wide range of tasks, including clinical and administrative work, patient interactions, decision-making, chronic and postoperative care management, and continuous monitoring and support.
A validated base of medical knowledge that Qu uses in the following capabilities.
Qu collects and digests existing data and records of the patient into Qu’s Personal Health Record. Data is collected from patients or from the providers’ EHR.
Qu converses with the patient and comprehends current needs and requirements in the context of Qu’s Clinical Knowledge Base and the Patient’s Personal Data.
Qu determines potential explanations for a patient's presenting complaint.
Qu recommends the most appropriate service provider when necessary in coordination with the patient and clinicians.
Qu determines the necessary investigations, if any, that need to be carried out to help clinicians decide on the correct cause and course of action.
We firmly believe AI is not currently safe to produce diagnoses. Instead Qu helps clinicians reach a diagnosis providing them with the relevant data, up-to-date clinical knowledge and hypothesis to be validated.
Qu selects, and when possible supports, the delivery of the most appropriate solution and course of action and liaises with the “human-in-the-loop”.
Qu follows up with patients supporting them through their health journey. This includes patients with chronic conditions or shorter term needs, such as post-op discharges.
Qu records and summarizes consultations for use by clinicians and patients.
Qu’s architecture of expanding capabilities is designed to support clinicians not just for a single task but across the growing spectrum of their needs, aiming to seamlessly integrate into clinicians’ existing workflows.
Qu Agents
Qu’s agents are grouped into 3 categories:
- Clinical Workflows:These agents follow a set of instructions that describe specific clinical workflows, which are designed to be highly customizable without requiring technical expertise. Workflows include managing chronic conditions and pre-/post-operative care, among others.
- Health Problem: These agents assist patients with a presenting condition.
- Health Q&A: These agents assist patients by answering health questions or providing clarifications.
Clinical Workflows
We have created over 100 clinical workflows. Each of these workflows can be further customized to match the needs of a customer or an individual clinician. The clinical workflows cover a wide range of health care use cases, across 13 areas: Chronic Condition Support, Pre-op, Discharge planning, Post-op, History Taking pre-consultation, Outpatient Follow up, Population Screening, Health assessment, Healthy living, Patient support, Mental health, Reproductive health, Pharmacy.
